Sleeves
Rnd 1: With bottom of skirt facing you, join CC in 3rd ch from RND 3 (under arm), ch1, sc in same st, sc in next sc, hdc in side of next st, hdc in next st, 2 dc in ea of next 4 sts, hdc in next st, hdc in side of next st, sc in last 2 sc, join to first sc (16 sts)

Repeat for second sleeve.
Neck Trim
Join CC in unworked side of beg ch, sl st in ea st across. Finish off & weave in ends.
Finishing
Sew two snaps evenly down back opening.
Place 18" ribbon around head, tie, glue three roses over know.
Form 19" ribbon into bow and glue at centre of waist. Glue 1 rose over knot.
Glue remaining 8 roses evenly around bottom of skirt.
